Peanut Butter

My daughter gets the credit for this version of a chocolate peanut butter cup—she had very specific requirements for the peanut butter-to-chocolate ratio as well as which brand of peanut butter I should use. The peanut butter filling sits on a thin layer of creamy milk chocolate ganache. This is a definite crowd pleaser that I typically make only in December.
