Milk chocolate: cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, vanilla, sunflower lecithin, barley malt extract
Organic white chocolate: cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin
Additional ingredients: cream, hojicha tea, matcha tea, 100% yuzu juice, Yuzu Curaçao, FD&C approved color

Allergy Alert: Bonbons contain cream (milk). Milk chocolate contains barley malt extract (gluten). All items may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame, egg, wheat, gluten.

This set of three bonbon flavors — Matcha, Yuzu Sidecar, and Hojicha Latte — features some of my favorite Japanese ingredients.

I began making Matcha bonbons years ago, when my neighbor brought me ceremonial grade matcha tea from Japan. Yuzu Sidecar bonbons came about after several years of experimenting with various combinations of ingredients to highlight the complex citrus flavors of this popular Japanese fruit. And most recently I created the Hojicha Latte bonbon; this roasted, nutty Japanese tea complements and deepens the rich flavor of chocolate. This will be available beginning October 1st.

Shipping (Priority Mail, US only): I don't ship where the temperature is above 70°. $12 flat rate. Additional charges may apply for large orders. See the About section for more information on shipping and returns.
