Dark Chocolate: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, non-GMO sunflower lecithin, vanilla.
Milk Chocolate: cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, vanilla, sunflower lecithin, barley malt extract.
Cheesecake Ganache: organic, fair trade white chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), crème fraîche (cream), vanilla extract, fresh lemon juice and zest.
Mixed Berry Gelée: berry purée (87% blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, 13% invert sugar syrup), glucose, sugar, red wine vinegar.
Biscoff Cookie Crust: milk chocolate, Biscoff cookies (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils [contains one or more of soybean oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, palm oil], brown sugar syrup, sodium bicarbonate, soy flour, salt, cinnamon).

FD&C approved color.

These cute little bunnies are filled with a tasty cheesecake ganache, a recipe I developed based on baked cheesecake squares—a favorite family treat. The milk chocolate bunnies have a crunchy Biscoff cookie crust. The cheesecake ganache in the dark chocolate bunnies is topped with a mixed berry gelée. Currently, only milk chocolate bunnies are available.
