Three chocolate bars, each offering a distinct tasting experience. The Peruvian Gold bar showcases one of my favorite chocolates from Valrhona, crafted from rare Gran Blanco cacao grown in the tropical rainforest of northern Peru.
The Raspberry Chocolate Bar is hand-painted on one side and finished with a scattering of crisp, tangy dried raspberries on the other.
My newest creation, inspired by a bar I discovered in Lisbon, brings together roasted pistachios, fruity pink peppercorns, and a touch of Himalayan salt—an unexpected pairing that surprises and delights the senses.
