Description
Even if you’re not a fan of tea, steeping it in cream and mixing the strained cream with chocolate creates an entirely different experience. Hojicha, a Japanese tea with a roasted, nutty taste complements and deepens the rich flavor of chocolate. I experimented with milk and dark chocolate versions, each topped with a thin layer of organic white chocolate and dusted with powdered hojicha. Both are delicious but the mellower milk chocolate bonbon is more reminiscent of an iced Hojicha latte. This will be available beginning October 1st.
