In this introductory chocolate-making class you’ll learn how (and why) to temper chocolate, then make truffles, bark, and other tasty confections. Take home your fabulous chocolate creations to share with family and friends. The class is held at my home at 27 Waldorf Road in Newton.

Refund Policy: Credit toward a future class will be provided for cancellations made 1 week in advance of the class. ALLERGY ALERT: All chocolates have soy and are made in a kitchen that has peanuts and tree nuts.
