Inspired by a delicious dessert I enjoyed in Iceland—made with 70% Tanzanian dark chocolate from Omnom, a fabulous Icelandic chocolate company—I got my hands on both the recipe and the chocolate. I adapted it into a vegan dark chocolate bonbon featuring a smooth peanut butter ganache and a crunchy peanutty bottom.
